Kim Lund
Instructor

Kim Lund (MCT, MCSE, MCSA, MCP + Internet) has shared her strong background in education and technology as a courseware developer and instructor with Mindsharp since 2003. In August 2007, Kim was promoted to Vice President of Technical Content, where she serves as lead for all technical content creation for Mindsharp. Kim continues to share her passion for teaching with Mindsharp students in the classroom.

After earning a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education with a minor in Computer Science from Winona State University in southeastern Minnesota, Kim taught high school mathematics. While teaching, Kim continued to hone her knowledge and skills of various Microsoft enterprise-level products, which allowed Kim to pursue her desire to teach technology in a professional setting. She began teaching courses on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, followed by Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and SharePoint Portal Server. While teaching, Kim's interest in content creation expanded, and she began to assist in creating much of Mindsharp's end user curriculum. She also managed the writing of the entire SharePoint 2007 End User Courseware.

Kim lives in Minnesota with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Kim enjoys scrapbooking, going for walks, boating, sports, and most importantly hanging out with her family.
