This online class is live and instructor-led, with all students online, via Live Meeting technology. It includes lectures, hands-on lab time, and question-and-answer sessions throughout. The courseware provided includes rich content on the topics discussed, step-by-step instructions of tasks performed, lab exercises, and best practices.

Students in this fast-paced, highly-interactive event should be proficient with Web-based interfaces and the Microsoft Office suite of applications. For all labs to work, and to make the most of the summit, you will need to set up your computer with the following:

Overview

This 2-day course is an introduction to InfoPath 2007. Students will learn how to:

  • Create forms from templates, and customize them
  • Generate forms from scratch, and from data sources
  • Publish forms to SharePoint with or without form services
  • Run the design compatibility checker
  • Apply conditional formatting, calculations and formulas
  • Explore the new InfoPath 2007 features

Prerequisites

Students taking this course should have the prerequisite knowledge or experience listed below:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 Products
  • Familiarity with Internet Explorer
  • Participation in, or understanding of, the content covered in Mindsharp’s course titled Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007: Site Member Or Power End User.
